Its integrated resonators, negative resistance devices, and varactor diodes enable excellent phase noise performance under varying conditions, ensuring reliable operation in demanding environments. With a power output of +7 dBm typical from a +3V supply voltage, this VCO strikes a balance between performance and power efficiency. Additionally, the flexibility to disable the prescaler function allows for optimized current consumption based on specific application requirements.
