L6983CQTR General Description
Additionally, the L6983CQTR allows for switching frequency selection in the 200 kHz - 2.3 MHz range, with optional spread spectrum for improved electromagnetic compatibility. The device features an enable/disable function through the EN pin, with a low shutdown current of 2 µA when disabled. The internal soft-start mechanism ensures smooth operation upon enabling, while the Power Good open collector and pulse-by-pulse current sensing provide reliable protection and monitoring capabilities
