The compact QFN 3x3 mm package of the RFSW6032 facilitates seamless integration into RF front-end modules or antenna switching circuits. Designed to handle high-power levels of up to 33 dBm, this switch delivers robust performance in challenging environments. Easy to control with a simple CMOS-compatible voltage range of 1.8 to 5.5 V, it can be effortlessly interfaced with standard digital control circuits
