The SSTVA16857AGT is a 14-bit registered buffer specifically designed for use with memory modules operating at voltages ranging from 2.3V to 2.7V. It is compatible with PC1600 to PC2700 modules, as well as PC3200 modules operating at 2.5V to 2.7V. This buffer is engineered to support low standby operation, making it an ideal choice for energy-efficient systems. Additionally, all data inputs and outputs are SSTL_2 level compatible with JEDEC standard for SSTL_2, ensuring seamless integration with industry-standard interfaces
