TC620CCPA General Description
The TC620CCPA is a versatile programmable logic output temperature detector that is ideal for thermal management applications. With features such as dual thermal interrupt outputs and on-board temperature sensor, it offers precise and reliable temperature monitoring. The TC621 is also a great option for remote sensing applications, as it can connect to an external NTC thermistor. Both devices can be programmed with a single external resistor to set high and low temperature limits. The TC620 provides active outputs when the temperature reaches the programmed limits, while the TC621 offers inverted logical states for the same output functions. Additionally, the CONTROL output on the TC620 can be used for simple ON/OFF control of cooling fans or heaters based on temperature thresholds. Operating over a wide temperature range of -40C to +125C, the TC620 and TC621 are dependable solutions for various thermal management needs
