TC620CEOA General Description
The TC620CEOA is a versatile programmable logic output temperature detector that is suitable for a wide range of thermal management applications. With its on-board temperature sensor and dual thermal interrupt outputs, it offers precise control over temperature limits. The TC620 is capable of driving active outputs when the temperature reaches the user-programmed limits, while the TC621 offers the same functionality with inverted logical states. Both devices provide flexibility in temperature sensing, with the TC621 allowing for remote sensing applications through an external NTC thermistor. Furthermore, the TC620/621 offer simple ON/OFF control with their CONTROL (hysteresis) output, which can be used to regulate cooling fans or heaters. This makes them highly adaptable for various thermal management systems. With a wide temperature range of -40°C to +125°C, the TC620/621 are reliable options for applications that require precise and efficient temperature control
