The TP2510N8-G is a P-Channel MOSFET with a continuous drain current of -480mA and a drain-source voltage of -100V. Its on-resistance is 2ohm, with a test voltage of -10V, and a threshold voltage of -2V. This MOSFET is available in a SOT-89-3 package, making it suitable for a variety of applications where P-Channel transistors are required
