Its low RDS-ON and high steady state operating current capabilities make it suitable for a wide range of applications. With independent protection against over-temperature events and per-channel overload protection, this IC ensures the safe and efficient operation of connected loads. Additionally, it features two sets of activation threshold and limitation levels for smart driving of different types of loads, as well as a comprehensive diagnostics system based on two FAULT pins.
