STMicroelectronics brings you the STD14NM50N, a N-channel Power MOSFET tailored for high voltage, fast switching applications like power supplies, motor control, and lighting systems. Boasting a drain-source voltage (Vds) of 500V and a continuous drain current (Id) of 14A, this MOSFET is up to the task of handling moderate to high power loads. With a low on-resistance (Rds(on)) of 0.49 ohms, power losses are minimized and efficiency is improved in applications where low voltage drop is crucial. Moreover, the gate threshold voltage (Vgs(th)) of 3V to 5V and gate-source voltage (Vgs) of ±20V make it compatible with standard logic level signals, ensuring reliable operation within the specified voltage range. Housed in a TO-252 (DPAK) package, this MOSFET offers excellent thermal performance and easy mounting on a PCB.
