TC621CEOA713 General Description
TC620 and TC621 are sophisticated programmable logic output temperature detectors engineered for thermal management tasks. Equipped with dual thermal interrupt outputs - HIGH LIMIT and LOW LIMIT, these devices can be programmed effortlessly with an external resistor. The TC620 triggers its outputs when the temperature matches the user-programmed limits, while the CONTROL output offers hysteresis control for efficient temperature regulation. The TC621 functions similarly but with inverted logical states. Operating within a broad temperature range from -40°C to +125°C, these detectors are highly adaptable for various temperature sensing applications
