TC621CEPA General Description
Meet the TC620 and TC621 temperature detectors, specifically engineered for thermal management tasks. The TC620 boasts an onboard temperature sensor, whereas the TC621 allows for external NTC thermistor connectivity for remote sensing applications. Both devices feature dual thermal interrupt outputs - HIGH LIMIT and LOW LIMIT, programmable via a single external resistor. When the temperature matches the user-defined limits, the outputs become active in the TC620. The CONTROL output delivers hysteresis functionality, going high at the high limit and low at the low limit, offering a straightforward ON/OFF control method for cooling fans or heaters. Similarly, the TC621 provides the same features with inverted logical states. Operating within a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C, the TC620/621 ensure precise and dependable temperature monitoring solutions
